Paul manages a team of engineers responsible for implementing new, and retooling existing production lines. Specifically he has responsibility for machining lines in Ford Engine Plants across the EMEA region. My team take responsibility for developing the manufacturing process and installing new, or retooling existing, facility once a project is confirmed.
