Responsible for Macquarie Capital’s principal investment activities in the Digital Infrastructure space, focused on Europe. Prior to this he worked at CityFibre, where he took a leading role negotiating a complex deal with a leading telecoms company to anchor a nationwide FTTP build, ran a large, transformative infrastructure debt raising process and managed a £540 million take private transaction, which saw CityFibre acquired by private infrastructure funds.
Before CityFibre, Mr. Bradley worked as a commercial specialist in HM Treasury, the UK Government’s economic and finance ministry, where he advised ministers on Digital Infrastructure policy and created the Digital Infrastructure Investment Fund (DIIF), which saw government commit £400 million, matched by private investors, for the purposes of providing greater access to commercial finance for Small to Medium Enterprise (SME) fiber network developers.
